Hi, the scanner going well with the new vehicle, but does not work with véycule in Year 2004-2005-2006 I try to dodge sx 2005 2.0L not good, nissan sentra 2006 not good, dodge neon 2004 not good, they are certified obd2 ............ why?

nice tool but support not so nice,have had no luck getting my computer to see this tool even with the latest maxilink software the update software is impossible to open when its downloaded,the packaging and site claim the tool is"updatable and upgradeable"but have found nothing that suggest this tool is upgradeable
