Easy and convenient to use. It’s one of my greatest assets now. I use it to diagnose and fix my vehicles whenever I experience mechanical or electrical problems.Prior to buying my new autel product,my wife’s Tahoe had an electrical problem which had persisted for 2 years and the vehicle was draining battery power for all the times that the issue persisted.I have been referred to many automotive mechanics shops but I couldn’t not have the issue resolved until recently when I bought the equipment.Kudos to its manufacturer!!

The product was as advertised. The scanner is one of the best out there. Customer service is awesome.

The VCI is kind of bulky however it has the capability to act as a J2534 (programming ecus) Other than that best scanner I have used for many makes and models. The bi directional features on this scanner has more than snap on. On a MB E class was able to rewrite the treshold values for the tpms, and the snap on was not able to complete the task. Also on Ford vehicles with the GEM module had the bi directional features I needed to correctly diagnose the vehicle. Competitor tool didn't was not able to perform. I would highly recommend Autel products as I also have the ts501 which is also great. Excellent scanner for independent shops.
