So far the scanner has been great works fine no issues and has help me fix 3 cars in just a week. And customer service is great. definitely recommend the product easy used and easy to update the softwares.

I received my scanner Tuesday I was like a little kid with a new toy at Christmas. I read through the manual put the scanner to work on my wife's 2009 Subaru Forester. I was totally blown away at how easy the scanner performed, and it scanned every single system on my car telling me a few things I never knew were defective. I next put the scanner on my 2011 ram 3500 truck. That was The biggie. Again it went through every system scanning for troubles I was able to pull up for permanent codes wow that I learned a lot. They were exactly the problems I had and I could not find it led me by the hand right to where I should look and what I should look for. Not out of the woods yet I still have to fix those problems however now I know where they are. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this whether you are a mechanic shop or do-it-yourselfer this is professional grade equipment well worth the money and investment. By the way before I purchased it I was in communications with their customer service department I sent them the VIN number of my vehicle what I was looking forward to do. they were tremendous help and led me right to the perfect scanner. Excellent people to deal with.

Very easy to use. Live data and active test help narrow down and pinpoint the issues. Car dealerships near me charge $150 for each diagnostic so this device paid for itself very quickly. Have used it on multiple vehicles (Toyota, Volkswagen, GMC etc…) already with no issues.

Inquiring if the DS808 will work on cars made for Australia ? I have a Calais 2014 6Ltr, Haval H2 . Fiat Decauto 180 series 2012 Motorhome, I have an MaxiDiag Elite this wont work on the Haval H2

So far DS808 is working flawlessly. I will recommend it to any mechanic.

very nice scanner for the price I would buy another one. Recommend this for any shop it has it all and will do most everything you need! Love all of it's features which come in handy when you work in the automotive field daily and are using it!
