This product is update online, not update by cd. Or you lost the update tool in the CD?
You can also directly update through your machine, by wifi.

When i finally recieved this unit it is great.. Had a mix up with shipping as my zip code comes up as two cities but the site being secure would not ship until I proved address.. Pain in the butt but i also understand they were protecting me.. I love the case it is secured in small but very protective to the machine and not bulky at all.. When u get your unit plug in hard wire to register will not pick up WIFI until after registered.. Great product at a great price..
