First off we have been in the auto repair business for over 30 years. We have had every flavor scanner out there. But we have learned that Autel is one of the very best out there. From a support standpoint, they are the BEST! I had an issue the day before Thanksgiving. Autel issued a fix the day after Thanksgiving. They are always there when we need them. I rated this scanner 5 STARS as this is a great deal on a great tool from a great company!

The scanner has been able to do everything that I have needed it to. So far I have troubleshot a defective TCCM, reprogrammed the replacement TCCM (with the included jbox), and ran the relearn for the shift motor (2009 Tahoe), calibrated an electronic power steering motor (2009 Malibu), and found the issue that was triggering an ABS light (2016 Cruze). The tool has already paid for itself and I've only had it for about a month.
